ACT (Active): The property is available for sale and is taking showings. PCG (Price change): The listed price of the property has recently changed within the past few days. OPT or AO (Active option): The seller has accepted an offer, and the buyer is exercising their option period.

The term “real estate” or “real property” means the land plus anything growing on it, attached to it or erected on it, including man-made objects, such as buildings, structures, roads, sewers, and fences, but excluding anything that may be removed from the land without injury to the land.

Inclusions refer to personal property (property which is not affixed) which the seller will leave even though it is not required since it's not attached. Commonly we see refrigerators, washers and dryers included, even when they are not attached.
